Report a Policy Violation
For those who have many watchers, and for those who don’t have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.

WARNING: LARGE FILE! AND LARGE DESCRIP! Name: Liam (Irish, Strong-willed Warrior) Age: Unknown Sex: Male Species: Unicorn Breed: Trihorn Pelt: White Mane/Tail: White (Tail is regular / not like a lions) Eyes: Black Markings: Stripes on haunches that fade going downward. Black muzzle. Three horns (white). Glowing tribal like markings around eyes, glow more when his moods are strong. Not shown in manipulation! Scars: Several crisscrossing on belly. One wraparound on right fore. One on left side of cheek that extends to the bottom of eye. Three that follow the jugular groove (two on right, one on left). Walks with a limp (left hind). Not shown in manipulation! Hooves: Black Allies: Elves. Elwyn. Tavor. Gwydion. (coming soon?) Mate?: He never took a mate. Offspring: None. Personality: He keeps to himself the majority of the time. He doesn’t usually like the company of others, explaining why he never took up a mate. He’s very alert and watchful. Protective over his home and it’s other inhabitants; whether they be equine, human, canine or otherwise. He’s very solemn, appearing melancholy most of the time. He’s happiest when he is being useful, thus explaining his chosen profession. He rarely ever speaks, due to his voice being damaged during his time in wars, he does only when he feels it is something important. Extra: Teleportation. Only works over long distances that would take weeks – months to travel, rather than days. Overseas included. History: In his younger years, Liam was a glorified warhorse. He aided the Elven race in their battle against the dragons. He received many of his more horrifying scars during this time. During one of the skirmishes he was captured by an enemy dragon and dropped from a great height causing his left hind to be damaged beyond anything that the elves could repair with their magic, gaining him a limp. The elves eventually pulled through with a small victory, Liam still aiding through his disability. After he had recovered enough to travel, Liam left the hospitality of the elves’ home and became a vagabond. He roamed throughout the continent, never settling. Through his travels he ended up in what we call Ireland. He assisted humans who were just beginning to erect small villages to dot the countryside. After a few generations of humans had come and gone the elves called upon Liam’s assistance once more, in a new war with the dwarves. He arrived at the apex of the battle and jumped right in. The elves numbers were brought down severely with the dwarves advanced knowledge in warfare and their underground techniques. Liam received another major injury during this war; by being struck by a heavy under blow from a war hammer beneath his chin, his vocal chords were damaged. He was still able to speak, but his voice is only one pitch and has a guttural edge to it. The elves surrendered to the dwarves masses and a truce was drawn. After all of his ailments were treated and Liam was fit to leave, he informed the elves’ king that he would no longer partake in warfare from that day forward. He limped his way back to the settlers in Ireland, where more new generations now lived. Over the years he watched as civilizations grew and humans evolved and adapted, changing the natural surroundings to build towns and cities. He began hearing talk of a new colony spreading overseas. He traveled to a place called England, where a voyage was being sent to find a route to another continent. Liam stayed hidden from the naive eyes of the settlers and listened to news about “The New World” that had been discovered. Around these months he discovered that he had a new talent, teleportation. He stumbled quietly through the new terrain, much rougher than the land he had grown accustomed to. In the wild growth he discovered a type of human he had never known either, dark skinned people that spoke in a dialect he had yet to learn in his lifetime. They were wary of him and often drove him off if he got too close. Though they soon learned to live in coexistence with each other, as they watched the English change the rugged charm of The New World. Liam assisted the dark-skinned humans in driving the English colonists away from their strange tribes for quite awhile. But soon their weapons became too advanced and Liam retreated. He watched from afar as the “Savages” were driven from their homelands by the White settlers. He began working on controlling his teleportation powers. He worked out that he could only teleport over long distances. He used this to go back and forth between England and The New World for years, watching as the two expanded and became more organized. Soon enough he was too conspicuous among the human race and returned to the forests that were still hidden away far from any type of civilization; Taurë they were being called. After a few short days, he met Elwyn. A female elf that he became fast companions with. Discovering that she was one of the healers whom had worked on his wounds during the Dwarven War. They remained together, inseparable, for many years. During their exploring through the paths that they knew by heart they discovered Tavor; a gryphon with no recollection of where he had come from or how he had arrived where he was. His wings bound in leather straps and his forelegs embedded deeply with a rusted chain. They helped the injured creature back to the main town situated in the forest and got him started on the long road to being healed. Today, Liam still resides in Taurë with Elwyn and Tavor, only leaving to visit Ireland when a bit of change was needed.
